Ashlee joined the Highwood Theatre is 2011 as an intern. After graduating from the University of Maryland with a degree in music, she joined the Highwood Theatre full-time as a private piano teacher.

Will joined the Highwood Theatre in 2006 when he began private drum lessons. Today, Will still shares his passion with his drum students at private lessons.

Russell joined the theatre after graduation with a music degree from the NYU. He spent 5 years in New York City as a professional performer, and today teaches private saxophone lessons.
